
Krescent is the Operations Analyst at ALTIUS Financial. Over the last couple years, Krescent has taken the lead on ALTIUS’ back-end operations. She works diligently to update processes, and provide innovative strategies for ALTIUS’ metrics, accounting/bookkeeping/billing, compliance, marketing/events, team communication, and podcast recording and production. Krescent is a data-driven, quick-learner with a strong drive for finding solutions and producing high-quality work. With these skills, she helps the ALTIUS team bring a personalized approach to each client.
A Colorado native, Krescent went out-of-state for college, earning two scholarships to the prestigious Rollins College of Florida. She graduated in 2018 with a double major in Chemistry and Music. She was a part of Rollins Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society, Rollins Outdoors Club, Rollins Medical Ethics Club, Rollins Acoustic Ensemble, and was a Radio DJ & Studio Assistant at WPRK 91.5 FM radio station. In 2017, Krescent interned for the Volcano Institute of the Canary Islands through GeoTenerife. She was the crater intern, studying geochemistry of the volcano, Teide, on the island of Tenerife. Krescent’s team published a scientific abstract and presented a poster at the European Geoscience Union Conference in Vienna, Austria in 2018.
After graduation, Krescent headed back to Colorado and has had a variety of job experiences in data analysis, laboratory work, and patient advocacy, as well as taking a career break in Oahu, Hawaii before joining the team at ALTIUS in 20XX. Krescent is also a Music Teacher at the Mountainside Music Academy of Boulder and teaches Music Theory, Production, and Voice to students of all ages. Krescent spends her free time in the mountains hiking, skiing, or running, and also has a passion for traveling around the world and personal self-growth.
