25 years ago, Mike Williams created ALTIUS Financial, choosing the name with a purpose. ALTIUS is Greek for altitude or “higher”, as in the motto of the Olympic Games: “Citius, Altius, Fortius” or faster, higher, stronger. From the moment ALTIUS was formed, his goal was to have an investment advisory and financial planning firm that constantly strives for higher standards in service, professionalism, and performance.
